ongoing support

Our Corporate Team is extremely hands on when it comes to providing ongoing support to our Franchise Owners and their business. This includes providing our Franchise Owners with direct access to the CSM franchise team, weekly calls to answer any questions you might have, on-site visits to discuss business operations, and more. Additionally, our Director of Finance, Josh Hubbard, takes on the accounting process for new Franchise Owners which helps guarantee accurate statements right out of the gate.


Our digital marketing partner, Qiigo, has a record of assisting national brands in effective local marketing. We have created and implemented a “plug and play” package that makes marketing for our Franchise Owners as simple as possible. This package includes SEO, online advertising, social media management, Google My Business insights, local listings, and more. We also provide our Franchise Owners with additional access to local client marketing, our referral network building strategies, as well as your own presence on our corporate website.

Training: Crawlspace Medic

The Crawlspace Medic initial training program takes place at our corporate headquarters in Columbia, South Carolina. This program consists of 11 hours that will be spent in a classroom and an additional 48 hours that will comprise of “on-the-job” training. During this training, Franchise Owners will learn everything they need to know about the company, the services we provide, effective marketing tactics, sales, employee management, our legendary customer service procedures, requirements for reporting, daily operating strategies, and service and repair techniques.

Evan Wilson

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Evan is a licensed custom home builder in North and South Carolina who has built over 100 homes. He has a passion for great design and customer service in the residential construction and home service industry. Evan has a degree from Clemson University and as CEO, he is actively involved in all areas of the business including the franchise organization. Evan is married to Erin and they have four children.

Jon Dando

Founder & President

Jon has a degree from North Carolina State University and a background in campus ministry. He spent 15 years at the University of South Carolina working with CRU and being a chaplain on campus. Jon has a passion for teamwork and collaboration, as President, Jon is active in all areas of the business. Jon is married to Anna Claire, and they have four children.

Greg Bajan

Chief Technology Officer

Greg spend eight years working in the IT industry before joining Crawlspace Medic to launch and grow the Charlotte market. With a degree from University of South Carolina, Greg oversees all technology for the brand. Greg has a passion for using technology systems to advance communication and enhance customer experience in the residential service industry. Greg is married to Tracy and they have one child.

Josh Hubbard

Director of Finance

Josh spent six years in corporate auditing and finance before joining Crawlspace Medic. He possess a degree from the University of Alabama and is a CPA who oversees all financial processes and reporting. Josh has a passion for using accounting and financial reporting to enhance small business functions and success. Josh is married to Austin and they have four children.

Paul Barnett

Field Training and Support

Paul has over 25 years of experience in moisture remediation and structural repair operations. Paul leads the training for all key field employees and inspectors and brings a wealth of industry knowledge to our brand. Paul is a people person and is well known for his professional approach and personal touch to everything he does.
